Payout - Stablecoin to Fiat

Retrieves the current quotes for payouts from stablecoins to fiat currencies. This provides the exchange rate and the equivalent fiat amount for a given stablecoin withdrawal, allowing users to understand the conversion rate and associated fees when exchanging stablecoins for fiat.
